Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Math application and website (the "Service"), provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts & eligibility
The Service is intended for use by a parent or legal guardian (18+) who creates and manages the account on behalf of their child(ren). You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to breach security, access other users' data, scrape or resell content, or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal
- The Service offers a free tier and paid "Premium" subscriptions billed monthly or annually at the prices shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. The renewal date and amount are shown at checkout and in your account.
- Cancellation: you may cancel anytime from the in-app "Account → Manage subscription" page (Stripe customer portal) or by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period.

- We may change prices with notice; changes apply to renewals after the notice period.
4. Free tier
The free tier provides limited daily usage and a single child profile. We may adjust free-tier limits over time. The free tier is provided "as is" with no guarantee of continued availability.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial family use. You retain ownership of content you enter.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is an educational aid provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or that the Service will be error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [12 months] preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law.
